Phil Morgan

“God’s Keys for Rebuilding Broken Things”

Winter Gospel meeting with Phil Morgan - January 15-17, 2012

Phil Morgan and his wife, Kim, live in New Castle, Indiana where Phil has preached for the past thirteen years. They were married in 1981 and have two children, John (wife, Ashley) of Brownsburg, Indiana and Beth (husband, Ben) Johnson of Noblesville, Indiana. Brother Morgan was born February 6, 1955, and grew up in the suburbs of Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the Valley Station church of Christ with his parents and two brothers, and was baptized there in 1967. He graduated from Jesse Stuart High School in 1973 and Eastern Kentucky University in 1977. His work as an evangelist has taken him on the following path:

            Goochtown, KY (1977-79)
            New Castle, IN (1979-85)
            Indianapolis (Southport), IN (1985-90)
            Paris, KY (1990-99)
            New Castle, IN (1999-present)

As the world presented new opportunities for evangelism in the late 1980’s, Phil, like many others, responded by making preaching trips to Russia, Moldova, and more recently, Sierra Leone (West Africa).

Phil has come to Traders Point to preach five lessons in a weekend meeting on the topic ‘God’s Keys To Rebuilding Broken Things’. He is bringing much of these lessons from the book of Nehemiah.
